WASHINGTON, March 20, 2025—In an exciting development for the District, Mayor Muriel Bowser has announced the selection of Therme Group’s proposal for a transformative health and wellbeing destination at Poplar Point in Ward 8. The project, named Therme DC, will utilize 15 of the 110 acres at Poplar Point, creating a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance community health and wellness.
